Booking Requests: Scheduling is based on a first-come, first-served basis.When scheduling, make sure the “point of contact” information is for that designated representative who will be representing your group on the day of your visit. School Representatives: KHS requires each group to designate a representative from your group, school, or booking agency.Scheduling: All visits must be scheduled no less than three weeks in advance.Platform: Virtual Conferencing (Zoom, Google Hangout/Classroom, Teams, etc.).Payment: Due one week before the session.Cost: $75 per session, up to 100 participants ( scholarships available).
